What are office hours and when are appointments available?
Office hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday however the office is only open via appointment. Appointments are available during these times and outside of these times under special circumstances.
How long will it take to complete my work?
The time taken to complete work will depend on the complexity of the work and the workload at the time. It is expected that most jobs will be completed in one to five weeks of receiving all required information.
Is it easy to move accountants?
Moving accountants is a relatively simple process. You do not even need to contact them yourself. We can contact them asking for your information to be provided to us. As long as there is no ethical or other reason such as outstanding fees, your prior information in normally immediately provided.
How much do our services cost?
We always like to provide an estimate of fees prior to commencing any work.
